I guess I did not think this one all the way through as you will note the hotspots on her upper torso. I used a gold reflector and took a hand held light reading for this shot.

I used a gold reflector to balance out the light, and used a hand held

light meter for exposure, which I think worked OK; but I did not take into

account the hot spots on her toro and her hand. These are the details

that I must learn to take note of during the initial shot as I do not want to

use a lot of post process to try and correct silly errors. I am hoping to

improve with each interation, but if I do not hurry up my lovely daughter

will be gone...

Yes, watch those hot spots but, having just looked through the folder, I'd say this is the best shot so you are definately improving.
