EIFFEL TOWER ON THE PLAINS

I would love to go to Paris, but I don't think I will have sufficient funding to do it. Unfortunately I have no idea why this sucker is planted where it is. As I think I stated, the name of the county is "Bon Homme," so I assume there is some French connection. But I do not know what. If I have time, I'll try to do some research.
