andy swinden 0 Posted October 1, 2002 This is a shot I took showing a wide angle view of tracks leading to a few trees which were growing in the middle of a local field. Link to comment
vladimir_ravkin 0 Posted October 1, 2002 The composition is interesting. May be the trees and the road should have been placed a little bit higher. Link to comment
casey_lamm 0 Posted October 1, 2002 I disagree. I like the horizon being low in the picture gives a feeling of distance traveled to get where? A few trees. Very interesting picture. Link to comment
cmnews 0 Posted October 2, 2002 I agree, the horizon should have been alittle higher, on a thirds line. Link to comment
chris_morton 0 Posted October 3, 2002 Too much sky. Exposure is blown out at the horizon due to the white clouds. You lost the subject due to this. Good eye, though Link to comment
ben_crabtree 0 Posted October 4, 2002 I agree that the horizon could be a little higher, but certainly not to the one-third line. Then it would look like a hundred other pictures, and I think you present a much more interesting and evocative vision. Down with slavish adherence to the one-third rule. Link to comment
