dimitaretch 0 Posted August 31, 2008 IMO the image is little under exposed so some of the details in the dark rim are not very sharp. I would presume that you didn’t use a tripod for this shot – maybe the circumstances did not allowed that. I would love to see the tech details for this image. I think this photo would be a nice candidate to bracket the exposure and HDR to be able to preserve the details and not blowout the sky lights coming through the windows. Having said that, I like the photo. Regards, Dimitare Link to comment
tveck 0 Posted September 1, 2008 This foto was taken going round over there. It was to crowded to used a tripod. The orginal foto was underexposed because of the low light inside. I made it just a lot brighter, and cut off a part (below) with a nasty shade. sRGB, 24 bits, focus 24mm, F/3.5, 1/60 sec, no lighting compensation Nikon D50, 24-120mm D, uv-filter and pl-filter Link to comment
dimitaretch 0 Posted September 2, 2008 WOW. Now, I understand how difficult this shot was and that you got the maximum given the circumstances. Not bad at all with such slow speed – you have pretty steady hands! Also, based on the original, you have done great post processing job! Thank you for posting all the technical details. Congratulations! Link to comment
