Very good scene for composition and colours; but I think it can be very good in b&w too.

ok i was very excited when i realised that i've got my only 'third' comment on one of my photos, and then i realised its just a question :D :D come on, you could write at least some words about my photos ;);)

 

for ratings; firstly i've to tell that i'm new at photography so forgive me if i hurt you.for aesthetics, i found the picture little bit complex somehow.. i cant tell you why exactly, but for example, the grass in front of the door, sth like those disturbed my eyes. maybe as the comments, b&w could be better...

 

for originality, the composition didnt give me so much if you consider the title. i mean, the lady standing is cute by herself, but just by alone-not with big picture. it doesnt mean so much to me about 'timeless' with that cat. i would just crop all the right part from the green door. but also i couldnt just throw away that daisy, so now its more complicated, see? :)

 

 

buut i think it is a really nice photo! see i even rated it... remember that, just relax;)

About your picture: the wall colors are very unnatural, the central area is overexposed. the subjects are placed directly in the middle of your frame without any thought of composition. So, I prefer to invite you to study about photography before atempting to rate other peoples work.

hey are you serious? i just cant believe that you wrote these.. it is not a competition ok!? but hello it is photography! you cant judge me! just you can have a nice discuss if you want and of course if you are capable of that. and how dare you say "without any thought of composition", were you taking a visit tour in my mind when i was taking that photo??? you think that you are such a brilliant enough to advice somebody to take some studying??

 

i have just rated your photo through what i felt. and there is no standarts, wake up. and i refuse you to rate my photo according any standarts not belonging to you. so you did the best with not rating my photos doesnt matter high or low.

 

it is just so silly what you are doing, do you aware? everybody does this for pleasure. you should just have discuss with me or teach sth if you realise sth to develop like an adult instead of attacking. you have asked me the reason of my rate (doesnt matter higher or lower) and i just nicely have answered. what is wrong with it and you attacked? even i wrote that i'm a new photographer. why did it bother you to be rated average? come on be mature ok. and i'm not going to "defend" my photo, or attack you about your comment like you did. because i know that those are just what you thought. can you understand that..?

 

and if you just cant handle any low rate, you shouldnt show your photos here!? well if you need 7/7, i'm going to give it, if it helps you feel better. but it wont change my feelings. it is the point.

 

actually now i see i have wasted my time (and still wasting) to rate a photo which is taken by a photographer like you - who is not even behaving like a photographer....

 

and just wondering; have you "studied" about photography before "attempting" to rate other people's work? if yes, please keep doing it.

 

and are you going to ask me also the reasons of my high ratings to your other pictures? oh hey, maybe you will give high rates to my photos then! i should always give high rates to you, to take high rates back.! because it obviously works like that in your eyes.. Note: i have already rated your other photos before your that disappointing comment... but now i see, i've done the best, otherwise i could get lower and lower rate from you.

As I already said, I don't want to rate your pictures! You will find here a lot of anonymous users who rate just like you do.

just check ratings of "KL - Petronas Towers" and "Watching in the rain" carefully again from your portfolio.

so it means you still find 6/6 as a low rate?
