Very nice color, especially in his eyes and the shirt which match very nicely. His left cheek is a bit washed out but not severely. You might be able to pull it back some with careful post-processing. His expression is, for lack of a better term, perplexing. Hard to tell what is on his mind.

This is a very nice portrait...I really like the intimate feel here...nicely composed and excellent combination of colors and elements...well done. By the way, we spell our oldest daughter's name the same way as yours...sorta rare.
