female mature osprey

the film was pushed +1. i used a minolta 1.4 teleconverter. this was shot at 1/500 @ f6.7.i have spent many, many hours every weekend at this nest. i have watched the mating pair sucessfully raise 2 young osprey last year and 3 this year. i finally have acquired the proper equipment after their migration this year. i cant wait for them to come back in march to shoot with my new equipment. this is one of the best i have for now.
