Well I think it's beautiful Gary. Some people were teethed on photoshop and just don't understand what it means to catch a scene like this on Velvia using a medium format camera.

I've found August is the best time for these colorful sunsets, the doors always open when ever you want to come over. Yes I hear you on the 3/3ers I had two 3/3 in the period of time it took for me up upload and go back to view the posting, Years ago we had problems with what was called mate ratings and everything some peple got was given 7/7 ratings regardles of the quality of the photographs. They finally got a handle on that, but I think now there tactic is to barrage decent photography with 3/3 to lower the ratings. I didn't know we were in a contest but evedently some people think so.
