Yeah, blueberry picking. LOL! :-) I was visiting my brother and his family a couple of weeks ago and we took the kiddos blueberry picking. I don't know how many went into th buckets, though. :-)

This is a very honest shot. My boys are the same way when they don't think you are looking. Great capture. Keep up the good work!

Maurizio - you can't see it, but their hair is red, too. (There's actually another boy - the twin of the one in the background.)

Shenandoah - my brother and his wife are such good parents. :-) They actually never actually told the boys not to eat the blueberries, and thus the sneakiness lost its appeal. They focused on the competition - to see whose container would have the largest volume of berries. There was actually less eating than you think! (AND, the little guy in the back of this photo who is a bit slower than the other two in general ... well, because his aunt was the photographer without a container, he never knew that I was sneaking all of the berries I picked into his container, so he definitely kept up with the competition.)

I'll attach another photo of the older boy. It looks like he's sneaking a break. But I'll admit that I set him up for that shot. He thought I was insane. :-)

Kids and berries! You caught them unaware, cute. Don't they know their auntie Lou Ann is lurking around snapping away? I think the goal here is to fill the tummy first and then bucket :-)

yum! i am envious. i had a gallon of blueberries in the freezer that the girls and i picked earlier this summer, but Steve accidentally turned off the breaker to the fridge when we went on vacation last week, and i lost the entire contents....

Awwwwwwww................ Linda - I can't begin to imagine how disappointing............... Well, my brother didn't "let" me take any home with me, so I didn't get to use these for any kind of baking like I would have liked. I had to choose between taking photos and getting to keep the berries. The photos will last longer...........
