The rating I would give, wouldn't even appear, so I give a few comments. It looks like the metal pole is going through her head, not good. The background is almost more in focus than the eyes. There is terrible noise, or whatever it's called in digital world. There is no sense of composition. I would suggest to take yourself a book of classical portrait photography. Start with that and see where it leads to. Another point: get yourself a decent camera, I bet this was taken with a compact digital camera? Good luck.

The points brought up by Janne are valid. You have captured a nice moment of her. Have you tried cropping out the pole on both sides and emphasize more on her face? Converting this to B&W and adding more contrast to the image may help overcome its shortfalls. Good work regardless.

Janne, thank you very much for your comments, this is very helpful. I understand this picture just a common one instead of this child's lovely eyes. I always love her expression. I am glad that finally someone help me :) ... Best regards.

Hi, while it is true that the bar behind the girl is distracting and the image lacks sharpness a bit, the first can be partially corrected (unfortunately not the second problem!) by going to b/w. I am attaching a b/w version that i could obtain from this image. best regards -koushik

Hello Koushik, thank you very much for your concern, yes the background seemed better in B/W version. Better capture with another background....:)
