I like the subdued colouring.

 

The square format suits the pose well.

 

The black strap over the right shoulder is a bit intrusive. It would work better without the leather (?) jacket.

Everything works for me except - the face, which unfortunately is everything. She just looks dead to me. The square catchlights maybe contribute a little to the zombie look, but other than that, it's not you, it's her. I still don't like looking at it, good as it is technically.

I like this photo with the exception of the color. Too red. This could be my monitor (ViewSonic).

Wonderful portrait and toning! I have one suggestion for everyone, including myself - when taking close up shot of eyes, invest into a round softbox. I personally think round highlights are much more pleasing than square ones as produced by sqaure or rectangular softboxes.
