New York, Street Interview

Nothing more to say : I don't know the guy, I don't care who he is, but the effect of blur, the high contrast of the dark cloth with the bright face make it great!

Near Rockefeller Center.

Kinda looks like Christopher Lambert from here...Regardless, the exposure is not too bad, a little bright I think, but not too bad. It might have been nice to see the whole scene including the interviewer and other camera people.

The balance and design of the image brings a serenity to surely a busy and noisy scene. Great photography.

Nice with the motion blur - the bus in the background appears overpowering - could've used with a "smaller" background, yellow cab...?

The whole scene is a bit dark, contrasting with the bright subject, emphasizing him. The flash highlight on the right adds energy to the scene, a sense of movement, of something happening. The blurred people and the bus helps a lot too. The bus is a nice and simple background, IMO better than a car, it´s less distracting.

 

 

I´d like to see more of the interviewer and other camera people though. This would also throw the subject (sure looks like Christopher Lambert) off center.

I think it's a tremendous stroke, that you can't see anyone but the subject .It's a street version of the guy in the 3rd degree room with the bulb over his head. The relentless flash on the right says "pressure,pressure". The bus adds noise.
