Longing for Home

This photo was taken while I was deployed to Iraq. I believe it

depicts the homesickness of our soldiers as they are torn between

their love for their families and their love for serving our great

country.

This is a very strong image and I agree - it does communicate seriousness and longing. IMHO I would crop the left side of the image to minimize the bright white outside the vehicle. Great capture of mood! Great Job!

The picture is pretty good, I like it. The comment about "great country", well - depends how you measure it... But that's another story.
