dejansmaic 0 Posted July 12, 2008 You really captured the moment. Great job with the contrasting between clouds and land, and the clouds. I really like this image! Link to comment

florianabarbu 0 Posted July 12, 2008 I like storms, I have a lot of pictures with clouds. But your picture is speachless. I'm deeply impresed about composition and sharp quality. Link to comment
ron e dobbs 0 Posted July 12, 2008 Great storm image. Thank you for sharing. I love this storm. Link to comment
whydangle 0 Posted July 13, 2008 This could be the best storm image I have seen. The fact that you remained calm enough to execute a pano that stitced properly is commendable. This looks extremely ominous and threatening. The light across the grass and the wind turbine just add to the moment. Truly excellent!! Link to comment
tarz 0 Posted July 13, 2008 Thank you friends! I can't speak so much english to tell all the story behind the photo but belive me - that emotion was contradictory.... Everywhere was thunder. These clouds rushed really fast in the direction of us. Was strong wind and was rain.. . Above me towered similar generator like in photo. Somewhere in and up that generator swinged my girlfriend and made own photos. Simultaneously - it was powerful, beautiful, terrifying etc and etc.... And thank you, Nature!!!! :) Link to comment
tarz 0 Posted July 13, 2008 This is was restless pano from hand:). I tried that emotion with a few single shot but after I looked camera LCD, I thougth: "panorma or nothing". This view is about 180 degrees, I made 15 shots to be more sure - with that cloudspeed something panostuff will coming in future. And if you family is nearby and you can't to do something else, don't run and make landscapes. :) Link to comment

Jane Gnass 65 Posted July 14, 2008 This photo is so stunning, intense, and wild!! Your photography inspires me. Ever since I got my first digital camera last summer (July 2007), I feel as if I have rediscovered photography (after 34 years of shooting). Even your bio is inspiring. Thank you for sharing your work. Link to comment
sdm 0 Posted July 15, 2008 Wonderful ! Great ! Stunning ! But one small thing, if the overexposed bit at the extreme left of the picture could have been avoided then it would have been perfect. Congrats all the same ! Link to comment
steven_jewell 0 Posted July 16, 2008 This image is amazing. It's these types of "impossible" moments captured so brilliantly that drive me!As far as the overexposed part is concerned, I actually think that adds to the setting, as a sort of iconic "hope" through all of the chaos. I suppose it all depends on the viewer's mood. In my situation, I see what some would consider a flaw to add to the emotion.I suppose it is a psychological study of perspective, the "technical" versus the "emotional".Bravo! Link to comment
