Cherlyn, for connecting to it and expressing your feelings.

Roger, many times evaluating a photo, I don't read previous comments in order not to be influenced....

"Waiting for Godot" ( I saw it great S, Beckett theatre show), waiting for someone or event that will never realise, is an interesting interpretation. Thats what I like in comments that have such different impressions, which I did not think of. -;))

Thanks for expressing yours it really enlarged mine..

Amar,Thanks , glad to see/read your impression again, a long absence.....

Adan, this is a contrast that was intentionaly juxtaposed to the Life Parade.

It is really interesting to read the different association ( Bosch).

As far as I recall, it is kind of a mask, I will upload more of this special evening show that added many feeling, associations, and interpretations for me, and I hope to share with you and all the viewers..

One of my favorites of yours. I love the dramatic lighting and the mystery of the shadows and the debris on the floor. My thoughts evoke feelings of shame. Of turning one's back to the world and trying to hide from both the light and one's own shadow.

Wonderful play of shadows and light. Somber and evocative are the two words that come to my mind when viewing.

Roger struck a chord with his reference to Samuel Beckett, who incidentally is one of my favourite authors and playwrights. I immediately Identify with the association. This image does speak to me of bleakness and futility, of beauty and fragility. I cannot make out the nature of the objects on the floor however they look spent, used up and discarded. The tonal range seems narrow with no true black or white and most of the image hovering around middle gray, like a heavy dark cloud, fitting perfectly with my response to the scene. The figure on the floor looks to be beyond waiting.

Thanks for your wide interpretation. I loved Roger's analogy, fits so well to my juxtaposition of life dramatized on stage. The grayness was intentional, there is only a tiny white line( on his back), and the unidentified ellements role, were well expressed in your evaluation.

Always interested in your evaluation and point of view ,Gord, Thanks again.
