Dave, I just read that the tomato got out on bail and is not the main suspect anymore in the latest salmonella case. But these beans look highly suspicious, if not outright criminal to me. If I was you, I would turn this evidence over to the authorities immediately. There may even be an award waiting for you. Thanks for keeping America safe. B :)

the treatment make it look surreal and yes not so desirable to eat....made me think of the essay by Martin Parrs about Food (and mostly "fat Food") with close image of food....a very nice image Dave...

Thanks. As I think I mentioned above, it was just playtime on the computer that caused this unsettling image to develop. I had nothing spectacular to work on, so I started grasping at straws and this came up.
