South African surf - pls critique composition.

Dear all,

Probably no correct answer here but wanted to ask for some feedback.

Would it be better to straighten the horizon in this photo or the surf

(as it is now). I fear that if framed, this photo would look out of

balance.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi Joel,

Not sure when this photo was uploaded, but I am sure you should straighten the photo so the horizon is level, not the surf in front.  I took the liberty of doing this in Lightroom...hope you don't mind.  I think it looks much better this way.  If you do proceed with your own straightening, be sure not to to do it on the original (RAW or JPEG).
