This is an excellent composition. It looks nice in monochrome as well.

I only wish there were some way to achieve it without the listdisc showing in the sunglass catch lights. A larger reflector would have created catch lights that filled with eyeglass frames.

Could this have been done with an off camera flash at camera right that would have created a different kind of catch lights?

The size of the reflectors needed would be huge these where +/- 40cm in diameter and right by the model (some shots in frame), Cant blur them out as the focal point is at the same depth...however yes there must be a way.

I also tried different positions of the reflectors, however they did not give the same affect.

I do agree with you, it would make the shot better, but with limited equipment this is all i could achieve.
