lonebearimages 0 Posted June 17, 2008 Nice painterly feel to this photograph. Wonderful interplay of the light and shadow at this iconic location. Everytime I see a photograph of these falls I am reminded of the huge canvas painted by Thomas Moran (arguably America's finest landscape painter) that hangs outside of the Secretary of the Interior's Office in the U.S. Department of the Interior building in Washington, D.C. It was Moran's rendition of this scene that spurred Congress to create Yellowstone National Park. You've done the scene justice, my friend. Cheers! Chris Link to comment
