inoneeye 8,917 Posted January 10, 2009 Hey Gucio. Give that dog a bone for learning to fly and being such a great model. Give yourself one also, nicely seen. Your wide angle work gives the impression that you have turned a microscope on the larger world. regards, josh Link to comment

Alex_Es 388 Posted July 17, 2012 This is a charming and surrealistic photograph. The perspective is brilliant. The dog looks like a creature from outer space. I am guessing that a red filter was used for this shot. Whatever the case I feel that the exposure should be lightened by about half a stop. I also think the contrast ought to increased a bit. Overall, I like this photograph for its technical skill, for catching the decisive moment and for its fresh approach to an everyday theme. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted July 17, 2012 Well. For me, this is a case of "What's not to like?" There's nothing in this photograph that I don't like. I wish I had shot this one. Link to comment
michaelging 1 Posted July 17, 2012 I agree with Jim, I wish I had shot it. My only criticism is that it seems a little flat, with a little contrast boost and a true white in the photo, it would be about perfect. I will say that sometimes when I load what looks to be a normal B&W on Photo.net, that it will look a little gray after it loads. Well done. Link to comment
JDMvW 64,385 Posted July 17, 2012 I have tried to capture something like this shot, and wish mine had turned out like this one. Some thought has been put into the shot, position of the camera, type of lens, etc., that make this one stand out. Besides, it's amusing to see a big dog as eager as a retriever for the ball. jcuknz 0 Posted July 17, 2012 Truely mind boggling as to how in the first place to set it up and secondly succeed with a limited capability camera of the period it was taken in. Wunderbar! Link to comment
