cphilpott 0 Posted June 9, 2008 Do not know if this is capture or wild, I feel it makes a difference in my comments. If wild, well done, bravo. If bird is captive, can you shoot it again and work on getting a little more depth and light into the eye area. Set back among the feathers the eyes would be difficult, but that is an area that could make this stronger. Shallow depth of field suggest a fairly long lens, a little more DOF would improve shot. The colors are excellent, seem true to life and the tight cropping works well for me.
