After thinking about this photo, I wanted asymmetrical, I wanted it askew. The sense of enormity of such structures, as they are built with purpose, reason, logic and symmetry, they still skew the human experience. Powerful, dizzying -- try driving on this thing during a windstorm, you'll know what I mean -- it overpowers the senses. Bridges have always given me vertigo. Above or below.
