thomas_breazeale1 0 Posted September 28, 2002 Alberto,I believe this image is too heavily polarized given the lack of better lighting(mid day shot?),it creates too much contrast between the upper and lower parts of the image.Try shooting images like this either early morning or late afternoon, you will like the results better!Keep shooting. mark_erickson 0 Posted October 3, 2002 I like the composition. I have two comments: First, I see a lot of reflective highlights on the haystack in the foreground. I guess adjusting the polarizer to maximize the cloud contrast also brought out those annoying reflections. Second, How did you attach a Zeiss lens to a Pentax MF body? Link to comment
alberto pastorelli 0 Posted October 3, 2002 Dear Mark, first thank you for leaving a comment. You can use every Pentacon 6 mount lens on Pentax 645 (or with Mamiya 645, Contax 645 and..Nikon (24x36 obvious) via an adapter. Some excellent Zeiss Jena lenses were made in this mount. This Zeiss Biometar, was made from Schneider Kreu. (!) for the Exacta 66 (in Pentacon 6 mount too) only few years ago. However, Exacta stopped the production at the end of 2000.The adapter allows to work in stop-down only. regards Link to comment
