tonmestrom 4 Posted June 2, 2008 Dave, nice one. Lots of smiles. Actually there is quite a lot you can deduce here. Let me give it a try. Age: between 50-70. Medical condition: varicous veins or even a heart condition (Those supportive stockings on the left) Height: 1.60-1.70 mtrs. Hair colour: blond-greyish. How am I doing so far? (well, you know what I do for a living don't you) Link to comment
tonmestrom 4 Posted June 2, 2008 Actually Dave this is a very good photo although I would prefer if you cropped out the background. Link to comment
adan1 0 Posted June 2, 2008 Funny capture. The Rockettes comes to mind upon seeing this. The one in the middle being softly blown by the wind seems animated and coquettish. Link to comment
bosshogg 4 Posted June 3, 2008 I took this with and without the house showing in the background. I decided there was more of a story with the windows and the sunlight filtering through the bushes. Link to comment
bosshogg 4 Posted June 3, 2008 Thanks for your thoughts. The Rockettes eh? Interesting thought. Link to comment
Jack McRitchie 150 Posted June 3, 2008 Love it. You're tuned into the accidental incongruity of the everyday. Link to comment
bosshogg 4 Posted June 4, 2008 I'm afraid this one is not quite right for the book to celebrate Kingsburg, however, I wouldn't mind putting it in a book of just my weird stuff. Fits right in, eh? Link to comment
bosshogg 4 Posted June 4, 2008 Yeah, most of my good ones are accidental, and I'm know for incongruity. Or, perhaps that's not what you meant. Thanks Link to comment
jbidarra 0 Posted June 11, 2008 A long photographic debate. Your photographie raises questions. I have to read a lot of books to say something about this image. But I dare to say it is a good photo. As a part of the Meyerist vision of the World (our World, Meyer World, this World? we can not know for shure) I think this is one of your deepest images. Are those womem naked? Should we be naked? Who knows the unser? I don't. Regards. Link to comment
bosshogg 4 Posted June 11, 2008 Well, you sure posed more questions than you answered. Just to spike your imagination, I'll tell you that we are all running around the house buck naked. Me and my four girlfriends. Ha Ha. Thanks for th look and the new terminology of "Meyerist World." I like that. Link to comment
maggies 0 Posted June 29, 2008 What I deduce from this scene my dear Watson ..if theres anything left to deduce.. is that women of several different heights live in the house, one of whom is a giant. Just look at how long the 3 stocking on the left are..Either that or they have been streched to oblivion. All joking aside, it's a great shot. Did you place that fast growing vine onto the left part of the fence ? It surely accentuates the decaying fence! Marjorie Link to comment
bosshogg 4 Posted June 29, 2008 It's all just as I found it. No manipulation, nothing fancy. Just something that struck my fancy. I kind of like it for the "Peeping Tom" nature of the image. It's like snapping somebody's private underthing drawer and also looking into the windows of the house next door. There is a certain voyeuristic side to this image. Link to comment
