nilum 0 Posted May 24, 2008 didn't know digicams have such nice bokeh ;)(I'd cut out a little bit of the image at the bottom to get the in focus part in golden ratio vertically.) Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 280 Posted May 24, 2008 Sharp as should be and where should be, wonderful shapes and colors, background fit and blurred as should be! PDE Link to comment
PeterKrenek 26 Posted May 24, 2008 A nice shot, indeed. Maybe I would allow a bit more space around the off-focus flower in the left upper corner. Link to comment

bartimeus1 0 Posted May 25, 2008 Thank you for your visit to see my photos! Nice to hear from you two. This one has wonderful light and overall delicacy. I enjoy the well used DoF. The square form gives this one fresh appearance. Compositionally thinking, I`d love to see this so, that there might be a little more room at the left and the sharp flower just a tad lower. That would put it into one of the "golden composition-rule"-crossing points. :-) But, this is just a minor thing, the light is really lovely and the atmosphere soothing. Well seen. With warm greetings, Alpo Link to comment
Donna Stavis 0 Posted May 30, 2008 It's a bit different, but I like the paring of the delicate purple with the blue and the sharp focus (of reality) against the fading-- sort of keeping with the forgetmenot name of these spring treasures. Link to comment
