Its a great portrait, different. The DOF works well. I might have like to see the eyes though, instead of the reflections. The mouth is awesome. Very nice photo.

This would be a great peace of work without the paint all over and I would take care also of the skin tones; in some spots its slightly overexposed. The only thing that really disturbs me, is that her nose is a bit too much out of focus, the rest out of focus is really good. altough in some parts it looks, not so well Photoshopped.
