great job on this pic, pretty model.

You've gone a bit too far with the "airbrushing"... looks plastic/fake.

I respectfully disagree with the last posting. As this is a portrait and not a photojournalist image, I feel presenting your subject (obviously a beautiful woman here) you've done your job to capture her beauty, I believe that touch-ups are acceptable as long as you and she agree with the final product. She doesn't look plastic to me, she just has exceptional skin care skills! (=
