jeffl7 0 Posted May 9, 2008 Stunning capture. I like how you've used the rooftop as a pyramid. This seems inviting and desolate all at once. Link to comment

bob_belanger 1 Posted May 9, 2008 Jeff, It's actually the boardwalk at Cranes beach (great shots here). I think maybe it's a bit dark, you might be able to see it better by clicking larger. Thanks for looking. Link to comment
jeffl7 0 Posted May 10, 2008 Well, on another computer, I can clearly see the boardwalk. Either way, a fantastic picture. Link to comment
skyjammer 0 Posted May 10, 2008 I concur. A great capture here. A little tone curve adjustment to cut into the darkness might not be a bad idea. Nevertheless, the image really, really appeals to me. I like the addition of people waling on the bridge path. Very nice. Regards, -Ade Link to comment

adan1 0 Posted May 11, 2008 Magnificent capture. The colors, mood, light and details are exquisite. The elderly couple walking in the distance is greatly paired with the sun descending in the horizon. A sense of longing is palpable in this composition. The clouds and the orange colored sky are just mesmerizing. Link to comment
knobby6 1 Posted May 15, 2008 Good composition, especially like the little patch of water in corner. Looks like a painting Link to comment

joekonz 0 Posted May 18, 2008 Bob, I really like this composition. Classic thirds ... This capture really supports the power, wisdom and artistic beauty of that approach. Brilliant, riveting sky effect on one side countered by the darkened walkway and pedestrians. The pond vignette on the bottom left adds an interesting touch. Very nice job here. Link to comment
