We took this photo (after 20 some attempts) to give the

grandmothers for Mother's Day. It was a bright sunny day at about

mid-afternoon. I'm getting a lot more into photography with our

recent purchase of the Digital Rebel XTi (I previously had a Elan

7E, but only used it on trips and special occassions). I'd like to get

input from people in the photographic community on ways that this

type of photo could be improved. Thanks for viewing and

critiquing!

Nice shot. You could crop a tighter around the family so the faces are more emphasized and less of the daffodils are seen to the left. The lighting is little harsh on the faces, but I don't know how you can correct that, but someone else will.
