lonebearimages 0 Posted May 5, 2008 Very nice! This looks like a very old church, and lovingly cared for. Terrific sky. Beautiful work, my friend! Cheers! Chris Link to comment

Pierre Dumas Esquire 131 Posted May 5, 2008 Finally a decent size of the picture and something new - ancient elements which I can lately only see on the Discovery WORLD! Very successful! PDE Link to comment

aphalo 0 Posted May 9, 2008 The shape of the church echoes the pattern of the tombs in the foreground. The path connects both. The sunset, clouds and light contribute to the mood, but in my opinion these are only part of what makes this photograph so effective. The pattern of shapes and lines is what gives the interest and invites one to "walk" into the picture, and stay looking at the details. A wonderful picture! Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted May 11, 2008 Richard, this it a very interesting angle, and interesting forms inside the place as well. The clouds adds some warm soft light to the nearly grey surrounding/atmospher. very well composed and observed! Link to comment

mike_stemberg 40 Posted May 19, 2008 I wondered about the comment above about a 'decent size' and went back to look at the last recent image I remembered you by which was 'Scope Beck', and yes that was 'not decent sized' but you know what, I just relished the image nonetheless. And I do so relish this image too! Magical! Link to comment
