peter.blum 0 Posted April 23, 2008 Hello Nicklaus, Amazing - which planet was this? A strange and different beauty. interesting the way you catched the light. And the details in the foreground. Lovely! Regards Peter Link to comment
raybrizzi 0 Posted April 23, 2008 This is just how it looks. I criticized another picture of Bryce that was burned red, which just didn't match the sky or reality. This one is nice, showing the subtlety in the colors of the hoodoos. Bryce is my favorite national park that I've been to. I made the sunrise also, there's nothing else like it. Link to comment
anish 0 Posted April 23, 2008 this is an excellent composition! A wonderful flow and depth is created by the angling of the hoodoos towards the forested patch, which winds and leads nicely to the background. My only criticism would be the uneven lighting between the foreground and middleground. I might consider darkening the foreground slightly to match the middleground, and I think you'll have a great image here. Anish Link to comment

thomasmckown 0 Posted April 24, 2008 A very beautiful picture! Great composition, and the color and light are just great. I agree with the earlier post about the foreground. I think some simple burning and dodge could even out the image and make a more natural look. Regardless, Im quite impressed! Link to comment
