I like the composition and the mirroring in the sunglasses - it put's the guy very nice into context. Two suggestions: first, the background is - though quite blurred already - still too disturbed (I know, hard to influence in the situation), when postprocessing, you might try blurring and reducing contrast. Second: he's a tough guy, that could be emphazised by stronger contrast in his face (his wrinkles lack a little sharpness unfortunately).

Regardless of my picky comments: cool shot!

Wolfgang, thanks for your comment and suggestions.I was scared that boosting up the sharpeness in his face would have a negative effect on the scarf he wears. My postprocessing skills are rather still underdeveloped I must say.

This is an engaging portrait in B&W the reflection in the glasses an added bonus.. YOu have done well with the available light.

you ps out the one nose hair for him... i  agree that it's unfortunate that there isn't more detail to his face - this would strengthen the theme. i like the concept and the composition.
