celasun 0 Posted April 8, 2008 This area is part of one of the national parks labelled as "Birds' Heaven". It is north-west of Ankara, the Turkish capital, close to Nallihan. More than 150 different bird species visit the place during their intercontinental travels. The area is a favourite place for bird and nature photographers during the height of activity as there would be many thousands of birds stopping by. The water supply to the area has been decreasing during recent times, threatening the life cycle of the birds. Link to comment
karolostrivizas 2 Posted April 12, 2008 Impressive panoramic image Bulent with great depth. The natural pale colours accentuate these imposing summits. Link to comment
timzeipekis 5 Posted May 24, 2008 It's like a candy mountain, the pastel and chalk colors are magnificent, a wonderful assortment of color and the path in the foreground works great to lead the eye into the frame. Very nice.......I also wanted to thank you for all your wonderful comments and support! Link to comment
