mark_q 0 Posted April 7, 2008 During my one week stay in Budapest I could pre-tast the spring time with all the blossoming trees and flowers, temperature being around 69F. Now, back in rainy Helsinki with lowish 45F. Not to forget the essential, your photo: this off-to-the-corner composition appeals me much as the white flowers and the bumblebee do belong "up there" - somehow (kinda airy character belonging to them?), IMHO. LindaM 2 Posted April 8, 2008 thank you Markku. i think i'd like the temperature here to be somewhere between your 45 F and my 85 F Link to comment
pjduncan 0 Posted May 18, 2008 This is a very intriguing framing choice. If someone had told me to do this I probably would have thought it a bad idea, but seeing it, I really like it. What a nice surprise. A very Asian feel to me. It leaves me wanting a little more sharpness on the bee, but still a great capture. Link to comment
LindaM 2 Posted May 24, 2008 Phillip, i do try to push the limits on composition. i'm glad you like this. i tried to get the bee to stay still, but he was unco-operative :-) Link to comment
