Delightful and beautifully made. Very fine, subtle work with color and patterns. Warm regards...

This is just great, perfect patterns and not a single flaw. Just a pleasure to view. Looks like it has been shooted straigth from up, am i right and how did you managed to do that without getting yourself wet?

Looks like a part of a Jewel Jeff, very nice abstract with vivid colors, good light and feeling of movement.

And this show so well how much more beautifull and creative one can be by looking around instead of just stupidly using some kitshy filters in post ...

The complexity and harmony of both shapes/forms and colors is beautifully mastered here.

Jeff, This is a very appealing abstract. It gives the impression that it is moving as I view it - almost mesmerizing. Best Regards, Jerry

Wonderful abstract. Looks like a net under the water, with sunlight shining through. Lots of room for imagination.

Thanks for your thoughts and comments. This was taken sort of hovering over the pool, while I was snapping a bunch of photos of the wife and kids playing around in the water. I liked how the water distorted the pattern at the bottom. Anyhow, thanks for some great associations: jewels, gelatinous walrus, psychedelia, a net (for mermaids?), and so forth.

water is such a wonderful source of inspiration.....it distorts things in such fantastic ways, whether one is looking through it, or at a reflection. i would bet you have more than one of these that are worth posting!

I've stopped by several times over the past two days to enjoy this image only to conclude I need to come back and try again to understand it.

The linear flow of the tiles when the eye moves vertically is drawn to the surface diagonals then drifts back to the tiles only to rise and fall in constant movement.

The pool experience and the experience of seeing this image are one. WoW!!!
