aginbyte 0 Posted April 3, 2008 ... between St. Francis and the window. Love the soffit detailing on the arch! Just a small nit, would have removed about three feet further on the shot to get in the top of that arch. Link to comment
RickDB 10 Posted April 4, 2008 ...is very different and very dark! Cath餲ale Saint-Maurice de Mirepoix is definitely worth a visit, with the widest aisle in France at 72 feet it is like no other cathedral I have seen. The small windows make it a real challenge to photograph - I'll post some pics once I have figured out how best to process them. I agree about the top of the arch, unfortunately I was literally shooting in the dark. I could barely make out St. Francis in the viewfinder let alone the top of the arch! I have 10 exposures from +1 to -8 and I really need to do some better PS editing to minimize the flare around the window, which seems to be much more noticeable in this PN version. Cheers! maria_di_liegro 0 Posted April 28, 2008 Rick, those earth-toned colors are so subdued! I feel like I could touch them. I'm ready for confession. Oh, wait -- my Catholic school days are over! Regards, Maria Link to comment
