Absolutely gorgeous shot.

Beautifully soft light and almost totally desaturated colours gives this portrait a gentle touch that suits the subject.

I don't know if it is just me, but I am picking up a disrupting texture at the right side (model's right) of the nose, and right corner of the mouth. The picture is absolutely crystaline though.

Very simple and effective. For once I like the effect (or reverse effect) of leaving the eyes mostly black-and-white. Excellent exposure and use of drapery.

This is an undoubtedly beautiful image that unfortunately for me has been marred by a few technical faults, the first being that even for a high key portrait it has washed out the skin tones that are just for me too desaturated and the overexposure has blown the highlights a little too much, the catch lights in the sitters eyes are square from the reflection of the soft box, and if the black area on the top right of the picture was removed IMO it would greatly improve the image.
