grussello 0 Posted March 28, 2008 The coast near the village of Acitrezza is one of the most dramatic of all Sicily. It is here that the first manifestation of volcanic activity started and that produced what is now Mt. Etna, the tallest volcano in Europe and one of the most active in the entire world. Those sea stacks are the remains of such an activity and Mt' Etna's ancestors. This picture was captured at dawn. The sun was emerging on the left and for a brief moment its warm light illuminated the rocks in FG. Any honest critiques and comments are as always highly appreciated. Thanks, gio Link to comment
jsphoto 0 Posted March 28, 2008 Beautifull composition.I like how the clouds seem to mirror the water.I also like the warm light on the rocks in the foreground,it compliments the lavender in the sky nicely. Link to comment
