I love the mood to this piece. I would dare to suggest that you watch the light on the forehead and the tip of the nose a bit when you compose. The bit of light on the nose is especially distracting. Lovely composition! .....Sherle

Here I am down on the list by a hundred. You certainly are a popular guy! You seem to have this marvelous talent for turning out one perfect portrait after another. This is no less terrific than those that went before it. Wonderful work my friend.

Joe, are you high and dry or is the flooding about to wash you away? You came to mind immediately when I saw the news about the floods. And yes this is another stunning image from your series of portraits, I feel like they're just ordinary folks enjoying life at the local pub, they're beautiful and in some way very poignant about life being lived in a simpler way, the enjoyment of music, dance, and friends. I'm busy calving now and gone most of the day so I won't be very active on PN. Hope you're OK.

Much more than just a portrait done with mastery.

One can feel his emotion, his love for the violin, and the violin lost in the darkness.

This image confirm my beliefs: photography are emotions. Pure photography here.

Joseph, I'd rated this 6/6. Today, as I came back to this portrait, I couldn't believe myself! How could I do that? I am giving your art due respect now. Keep sharing!
