I tried to send a comment but it didn't go through so I'll try to write it and send it again: Laura, I really like the attitude that you show in your comments and in your photos, but I don't like all of them. I think you should only post your best work. You have a very nice aesthetic sense which will bring you a long way, cheers, Alex

Considering the number of years during which you can have been doing photography, I find your work remarkably mature Laura. This, and other photos too are truly very good. Well done. John

I think this is a great shot and I love the 'oil-slick' coloring. Very nice, very creative.

I have to disagree with Alex; I think you have a lot of great work. How are any of us supposed to know what our best work is? My highest rated photos are all ones I would never pick as my best. My personal favorites are the ones that get slammed.

Post 'em all Laura!

Good Image. What is most impressive to me is the sense of movement and the COLORS, tough I'd would prefer a colored background too (not white). My personal opinion with digital photography is that is the best way to make some "Digital Art" pieces like this one (How I love Them), retouching and mixing photographies with other images now is avaliable to almost everybody, so much people have the potential of expressing their own artistic feelings. As with general photography, my feelings are not so friendly... ,may the time change them! ;) Keep on doing! GB

What I like is the stuterring effect of the hub cap (but want more). Also the effect of a landscape within the vehicle's form (looks like mountains over ocean). I really like these effects.

I don;t like the bleached background. But if this would change it can't interfer with the shape of the vehicle - that's one of the key ways we know what it is. I'm not excited by the title, cause a) how do you know it's going at 75 (are you a cop with radar?); b) it's moralistic while your photo isn't (hey I don't like SUVs either, I just don't think your photo makes a statement against them); c) we already know it's a car.
