I like this image very mutch.

I make for myself a lot of pics near the beach in B&W

 

In your portfolio the B&W are my favorites.

Fantastic composition and the lighting - beams shining down from the heavens - is just wonderful. B&W is the perfect choice.

 

You might have cropped out the road at the bottom (provided you have enough resolution). Or not :)

Mike you have done very good here. Composition is excellent, I like the row of huts and the light rays falling on them. Single pole is striking.

Thank you all. This is one image I really wanted to make happen, but I only saw the full potential only after seeing it on a monitor. I had shot fast and should have shot better, and did not have a tripod, but in truth even if I had, messing with one might have lost the shot with the light changing every minute.

Mike, excellent composition! I think it was taken in a perfect timing of the light. The B/W is a well chosen way for this image . very successful.
