Completely out of focus and the face appears to be too red ... but it sure does work, doesn't it? My first impression was that it seems like the sort of photography bands put in their liner notes.

The super-faded look of this photo ("there's some blue ... a hint of red ...") and its lack of sharp focus makes me feel like I'm watching part of an older home movie, something intimate. Makes me wonder about the who's and the what's of her life and the photographer's life. I dig this shot.
