wogears 186 Posted February 29, 2008 This is very nice compositionally, and I like the muted colors, BUT in my not very humble opinion, the tulip should overlay the texture/background rather than seeming a part of it. Link to comment
john pearson 0 Posted February 29, 2008 Very well done. All it now needs is a glass and wooden frame. John P. Link to comment
deltinger 0 Posted February 29, 2008 Lovely texture and mood. Flowers and a "grungy" look really go hand in hand. Link to comment

peterneibert 0 Posted February 5, 2009 was the original tulip laid on a photocopier? i did some found-object pictures that way (Epson 2450), darkened the back ground to jet black. I like what you've done with the "background" here -- this prompts me to probably dustoff my photocopier and take another run at it. thankyou. Link to comment
lveit 0 Posted February 5, 2009 No, it wasn't done on a copier. I took the photo of the tulip laying down on a black background and then added layers. Thanks for your comment. Link to comment
