Normally you would expect model's face to be lighted up a lot more. However, reduced light output and her dark skin actually made her eyes even more stand out. Very nicely done.

Can you tell me the light setup?

This is effectively 3 lights. The backlight blows out the white background, the fill light is high and the key light is at chest level. Both are almost on her sides, such that the angle between the fill light, Stephanie, and the key light is slightly less than 180 degrees.
