Long Journey

There is a hill station near Kolar (65 kms East to Bangalore on

National highway-7) which hosts seven villages. All the seven

villages were devoid of road connections for a long period. People

use to climb steep steps to reach their homes. They were carrying

all the stuffs (including all essential equipment for agriculture)

needed for life. I have seen people carrying a bullock cart

(dismantled) on their head. Recently government constructed road and

connected all the seven villages. Now people selected this place for

weekend trips with hightech cars.
