John Peri 1,029 Posted February 11, 2008 Though the other one has a pronounced vintage look about it, I will comment basically on this one because it is superlative. Every so often, you break away and do something really extraordinary Tanya, and this is such a case. I don't know what it looks like in it's original plane, but I like the vertical presentation here. The colours are superb, the compositon too and I particularly like the design on the cushions which, rather than obstruct as one imagine as they could do, add and contribute to the overall design. A superb piece of work and the model is just oozing femininity out of the page. Link to comment

tanyatruong 0 Posted February 11, 2008 I am inspired by a lot of your artwork esp. the color tones that you've used. Thanks for noticing the cushions with palm trees. I thought it goes with the tattoos because summer is the time of showing of body art ;o). Your words are always motivating. Thanks again, John. Link to comment
alan p 0 Posted February 12, 2008 I like it a lot. I am no expert and judge mainly from first impressions. It certainly caught my eye. On second look I found the lack of a head a bit hard to accept but actually it works well. Still not sure whether she is standing or lying, the composition and background is intruiging and adds to the overall effect. Yes, really like it a lot. Link to comment
tanyatruong 0 Posted February 12, 2008 Thank you for leaving comment. In response to whether she is lying or standing, of course, i intend to trigger feeling of "where about in space". As a woman, i feel that when a woman is naked, her feeling is very vunerable; hence, she's almost floating in space without ground of certainty. This is why i present the photo the way it is. Thanks again for your nice words on my porfolio, Alan :o). Link to comment
