I love them both, cherlyn. I like the color because I like color. It is a great interpretation of the song. Just precious.

Look at those eyes! I like the B&W version, which capitalizes on the sweet interchange between mother and child and eliminates anything that competes. (That being said, I also like the color version a great deal but for different reasons).

I like both images but I prefer the b&w version because it is easier to focus on the faces of the mother and her precious child. In addition to capturing the loving expressions you have also done an excellent job in the conversion to b&w.

I like the B&W but I wouldn't throw the color version in the trash!

Excellent light and pose. I love the tones of the B&W version but agree color is good too. Whichever one you prefer, the light and pose make it.
