Giuseppe, Apostolos, & Brett, thank you all for taking the time to stop by and comment on this photo. I really appreciate it!

This canyon is very well documented, and I see various versions of it posted all the time. My attempt here was to create a slightly different interpretation from the norm. Water is the main force which created these beautiful passages over time. To travel down the paths inside these canyon walls is a truly wonderful experience. If you are ever near Page, AZ, don't miss out on this natural splendor.

Thanks again for your consideration of this piece, Kristy :)

Well done on this one, Kristy! This is a very often photographed location and your image managed to old my attention. Lovely light and I like the reflection. In fact, I would prefer seeing more of the reflection - do you have a version like that?

Well done!

Regards,

Christoph

Wow

Kate - This is truly an amazing place.

I really envy you that visit :)

Gorgeus colours, textures and that shaft of light is like a cherry on top of the cake.

Extremaly well executed - exposure is spotless and your framing suits here very well too.

Thanks for the larger version.

Greetings from Glasgow ;)

Piotr & Roman, I appreciate your comments. I've noticed each of your works before and they are so gorgeous! Roman, I love your Upper Antelope images & your Mooney Falls photos, and I am especially intrigued with the "Conversation between two Navajo Indians"- it's truly creative! And Piotr, your images of Scotland are just breathtaking! I hope to be able to visit there sometime because that's the home of my ancestry. Thank you for providing us with such beautiful landscapes of Scotland's countrysides. Thanks again, Kristy :)

I am not used to seeing photos of Antelope Canyon with water. It really adds a lot, the reflection is excellent! Cheers, J

First, this is a different take on Antelope Canyon that you just don't see! Superb exposure, which cannot have been all that easy. Interesting too; that you chose the landscape format, as most slot canyon shots that I've seen are always in the vertical format. The water really makes this so otherworldly. Second, I wanted to give you a big 'atta-girl' for the wonderful comment you left on Dave Dise's slot canyon rendition. That was one of the most thorough, thoughtful, and instructive set of comments and suggestions I've ever encountered. You are a real credit to the PN community; and I am glad to know that you're around. Keep up the great work, Kristy! Cheers! Chris

And Chris, I especially want to 'thank you' for your warm compliments...that means so much to me what you've said here.

You know, I am just learning to shoot photography and I love the outdoors so much, and I guess I'm a natural teacher at heart! That is to say, if someone wants to know something and I have the know-how to help them or I've learned a technique from someone else and I can share it with others....to put it simply...I will. We are all here to learn from each other not only in photography, but in life. My hopes are, by sharing knowledge, even in the smallest of ways, I will also gain it.

Thank you again, my friend, you truly brightened my day! Kristy :)

I have photographed this canyon a few times but I have never come away with such a beautiful image as this one. Your exposure is right on the money and I know how difficult that can be in the canyon. This just takes my breath away. Kudos to you!
