It may be partly a matter of taste, but I usually prefer shots where the models eyes are centered. So, if I want her looking at the camera, I ask her to point her chin right at the lens. Very nice light and rendering. Background may be a bit to busy with those door handles.

you have a real nice photo here maybe a little different on the crop, I did that to this photo easier to explain when you see the image. Nice sharp details. good job!
