tony c 0 Posted January 23, 2008 I hope I didn't over process this one - it'd be nice to know your opinion. Link to comment
gnashings 5 Posted January 23, 2008 I don't know if anyone would comment on this if they new they will be subjected to pouting, self-pitying emails if the comments are not favorable. Please keep your whining to the forum and out of my in-box. Link to comment
tony c 0 Posted January 24, 2008 Thank you for your insightful comment Peter. Having looked at your enormous portfolio and all your up to date contributions I can see that you are massively qualified to critique the photographs of others! I sought to inform you of my opinion of your comment on my other P51D photo off-line in order to save you embarassment - you seem now to have wounded yourself in the other foot! Link to comment
dankucin 0 Posted January 24, 2008 The P-51 Mustang is a timeless marvel and one of my favorite planes. I mean these were in service in the 50's still shooting down MIG fighter jets and you managed to capture it in it's glory. Nice :) Link to comment
tony c 0 Posted January 24, 2008 Thanks Daniel - Puerto Rico were using them later than that - plus a few South American countries. I think I too remember a story of a P51 shooting down a jet fighter in the Korean war. The Spitfire is still my favourite 'plane though - just :) Thanks for visiting and taking the time to comment. alex_kew 0 Posted January 24, 2008 Good 'finals' capture, but there's a halo around the fin, so yes - you have overcooked it! Link to comment
